How to be on, on vacation

We all know the feeling of coming back from vacation and feeling way behind on our health journey. We all ate the most cheesy crab and lobster dip and drank all the martinis we could get our hands on.

Okay, so maybe not all of us, but in the same sense we slack on the things that kept us thriving and going at home.

We associate vacation with completely mooching out.

Vacation = Mooching out

I am not saying that when you go on vacation you need to completely focus on yourself
